LIGHT INSTALLATIONS

When the crisp autumn air and fading light take over, life in the botanical garden slows down and waits. People are drawn then toward fire and light, to tell stories and sing songs. Together, we create an experience that belongs only to that one moment. Sometimes it breathes calmly, sometimes it rushes along it’s digital roots. Vox radicum amplifies our music and song through modern technology across the landscape of the alpine garden, creating a shared flow between music, people and light.

Raul Telliskivi (b. 1989) is a visual artist born in Tallinn and based in Tartu. Nine years as a theatre lighting designer taught him to see the stage as a canvas, where the most interesting details appear on the border between light and shadow. As a freelance artist and a member of the creative collective Kreat Minds, he combines light, sound, projection and materials in his installations to shape a single, breathing space.
