RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE EXHIBITOR

The team of TAVA2021 Lightfair created a series of videos for the participants to facilitate the preparation of the fair, introducing the hybrid solution, sharing guidelines for creating a successful fair booth and media communication. Videos also give an overview of the exhibitions, workshops and the TAVA2021 festival of which the Light Fair is a part.

THE INTRODUCTION OF TARTU IN LIGHT / TAVA2021
TAVA2021 main organizer Elo Liiv introduces the festival program in Tartu on 27-30th of October, workshops and exhibition of lighting design and lightart.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE EXHIBITOR
Lightfair curator Reet Sink gives recommendations on how to perform as well as possible at the fair: how to build a trade fair booth, what solutions to prefer when introducing your products or services, how to establish contacts with architects and lighting designers visiting the fair.

COMPILATION OF PRESS MATERIALS
Head of Communications at TAVA2021, Silvia Pärmann advises exhibitors on how to prepare their press materials so that they can be represented in the coverage of domestic and foreign journalists arriving at the fair.

HYBRID EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
Curator of TAVA2021 public program Caspar Lootsmann introduces the solutions and possibilities of the hybrid fair in more detail. By combining communication and presentation techniques used in the real and online world, it is possible to visit the fair from all over the world. There will be live broadcasts and presentations, which can be attended both on site and online. All exhibitors who book an ERM exhibition booth are represented free of charge on both the Estonian and English web platforms.

The only Lightfair in the Baltics will present at the Estonian National Museum 29-30. October 2021 to international audiences for products and services related to both indoor and outdoor lighting. The aim of the fair is to bring together producers and consumers and raise awareness of the importance of good lighting. The light fair is aimed at architects, lighting designers, interior architects, planners, electrical engineers, wholesalers and retailers, local government employees, the real estate sector and smart private consumers. In cooperation with Tartu in Light, the Annual General Meeting of the LUCI (Lighting Urban Community International) will take place for the first time in Estonia, bringing together nearly 300 specialists in the field of light art and architectural lighting.
