Triinu is a member of an artist collective called Noolegrupp that creates site specific and interactive sound, video and spatial installations in galleries, public space or landscape. She is also an experienced art teacher with a mission to convey the experience of looking at and creating contemporary art to students and wider audience.

Johan Moritz is a member of IALD and for the last 17 years he has designed prestigious works whilst being an exclusive lighting designer for Malmö, Sweden. In this role, he has had the responsibility of developing Malmö's architectural lighting design department. Johan founded the Lighting Metropolis project (2015-2018) that tried to find new ways of creating better light for people. As lighting designer he also understands the importance of sharing and is an eager speaker at conferences, work shop head, teacher all around the world.

Tina Wikström gained her Bachelor’s degree in Lighting design from the Jönköping University and her Master’s degree in Lighting design from Aalborg University in Copenhagen. She has been working as a junior lighting designer for the City of Malmö doing projects mostly in the urban space, both permanent and temporary. In 2017 she was selected as one of the young lighting designers of our new generation and ambassadors for the industry by 40under40. Tina is currently working as a lighting designer at Licht Kunst Licht in Bonn, Germany.

Andra Orn is the founder and leading curator of the Nordic and Baltic contemporary art platform NOAR.eu. She has led internationally significant art events such as Tallinn Art Week , Nordic & Baltic Young Artist Award, Smarten City space project, and many others. Andra writes for a number of cultural journals and runs NOAR.eu art reviews section “Focus”. She is currently preparing a Master’s thesis in Cultural Theory and Philosophy at Tallinn University.

KIWA is a multichannel meta-artist, he explores and blends different media from conceptual objects to total audiovisual environments. He is also a curator and writer, interested in quote, pastiche, games of language, identity using (post)psychoanalysis and schizoanalysis as self-explanatory artistic methods. He has exhibited his works all over the world, including Moderna Museet, Henie Onstad, Tate Modern, Stedelijk and DeAppel.

Marko’s passion is lighting design and his mission is to use lighting to improve our living environments. He has been working with electrical and lighting engineering since 2008. He is one of the founding members of EVDA. He has completed studies in architectural lighting design at Hochschule Wismar.

Eva Tallo has worked with light in several manners for almost 20 years. She has established an architectural lighting company, made several architectural lighting projects and also different light installations for exhibitions. She is a co-founder of NGO Valgusklubi and coordinator of several lighting events included “Guerrilla Lighting”. Currently she is working in Tallinn City Government as a chief specialist of city lighting.

Light artist and creative director Caspar Lootsmann has been active as an event organizer for over ten years. He is the general manager of Dream Solution, a company that has started several concerts and festivals. Festivals such as Wandering Lights, Tartuff and PÖFF have benefited from his passionate style of management. In the last couple of years he has been more engaged in creating his personal light art installations.

Reet Sink is a professional with lots of experience in organising different fairs and other events for almost 25 years. After working as a project manager at Eesti Näituste AS for 13 years she founded her own company Messiproff. She has been in charge of organizing more than 60 fairs all over Estonia. She also works as a mentor and gives trainings about successful participation at foreign fairs. Reet has got higher technical education (TUT).

Janno Siil on energeetika haridusega multitalent – teda võib kohata mängimas puhkpilli Jägermeister Brassbändis, Tehnika Ülikooli Big Bandis, Tartu akadeemilises puhkpilli orkestris Popsid või Chillis. Igapäevaselt töötab ettevõttes MicroWatt OÜ elektri-, automaatika- ja valguslahendus projektidega. Eriline huvi valgustusdisaini vastu on ta aga toonud TAVA teami asendamatuks liikmeks.

Having been interested in the subjects of light and lighting for about ten years, Katrin Kivisikk opted for a full-time job in lighting four years ago. Today she works as a light engineer for engineering companies and is a member of Estonian Association of Lighting Designers. Katrin has participated at TAVA workshops and been a part of international team at light fairs abroad.

Robert õpib Tartu Ülikooli magistrantuuris. Ülikooli algusest peale on ta olnud tihedalt seotud erinevate tudengiorganisatsioonidega, sh nende ülesehitamisega ja jätkusuutlikkuse tagamisega. Saadud kogemus on andnud Robertile hea ettevalmistuse vabatahtlike juhtimiseks. Hetkel on tema suurimaks väljakutseks Solaride, mis tegeleb Baltikumi esimese päikeseauto loomisega.

Annika Haas is a photography artist and documentary photography lecturer who is convinced that without the light there would be no photography and the personal vision capacity of each person depends on lighting more generally. She has participated in hundreds of exhibitions around the world, as at the Photo Festival “Photoville” held in New York (2018). With the sculptors Elo Liiv and Ekaterina Kultajeva, she has created an installation multimedia exhibition “The Teaching of Vision”, focusing on topics of spiritual enlightenment and social darkness.

Jaanus Tamm has been working as a project manager at Tartu City Government for more than nine years. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Tallinn University of Technology and worked for over 15 years in the private sector. Jaanus Tamm was involved in an international project “Light in the City” aimed at outdoor lighting (2013-2014).
